The RAPTECH CaviFlow® inline modules have been specially developed for the energy-efficient processing of bunker fuels. These compact plug & play systems enable the direct integration of state-of-the-art
cavitation technology into existing fuel systems - ideal for the production and optimization of bunker fuels and bio-based fuel emulsions.
Thanks to standardized threaded or flanged connections, the CaviFlow® modules can be seamlessly integrated into your bunker fuel systems without any structural adjustments. The modules are immediately ready for operation, extremely low-maintenance thanks to the sophisticated easy-to-clean design and are characterized by high cost-effectiveness and flexible scalability.
Depending on the area of application and volume flow, the following variants are available for processing bunker fuels:
- CaviFlow® 6 - for bunker fuels with a flow rate of up to 6 m³/h
- CaviFlow® 25 - for bunker fuels with a flow rate of up to 25 m³/h
- CaviFlow® 50 - for bunker fuels with a flow rate of up to 50 m³/h
- CaviFlow® 100 - for bunker fuels with a flow rate of up to 100 m³/h
All modules are fully control-compatible with common PLC systems. Continuous process monitoring and data transmission in real time ensure maximum transparency, process reliability and efficiency - even in demanding applications with bunker fuels.
