What is UADA cavitation?
The patented RAPTECH UADA technology is based on the control of hydrodynamic cavitation effects to change the aggregate states of fluids.
Cavitation technology uses these implosions to initiate various processes:
- UADA = ultrasonic flow through reactor
- Cavitation = formation and implosive collapse of a few micron-sized gas- or vapor-filled bubbles in liquids

Technical data
The RAPTECH ultrasonic acoustic flow (UADA) pilot plant is unique in Europe and sets standards in the industry. With a capacity of 100 l/min and a tank volume of 240 m³, the system offers exceptional performance.
The industrialization of cavitation technology requires flexible R&D and continuous optimization. In this context, Europe's only pilot plant was put into operation at the RAPTECH site in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region in 2021.

- Production of fluids with particle sizes <5 micrometers
