The aim of our patented RAPTECH Cavitation Technology is to optimize dispersion and homogenization processes for fluids of different viscosities in the industry - in a single reactor.

Compared to high-maintenance ultrasonic homogenizers and large batch centrifuges, RAPTECH's CaviFlow® Inline Modules offer a time-saving plug & play solution to significantly reduce operating costs while increasing product quality. Advantages of Hydrodynamic Cavitation compared to Ultrasonic and Rotational Cavitation

Thanks to cost and time savings, our CaviFlow® Inline Modules have an advantage over lengthy batch processes with large pump volumes or tank decanting with imprecise batches. Cavitation with CaviFlow® takes place exclusively in the module - without an external ultrasonic source.

In the homogenization of heavy oil in the refinery and petrochemical industries, the patented RAPTECH cavitation technology achieves further specific advantages: clean combustion and - as a positive effect - equally clean process plants. These bubbles are generated by pressure variations and release highly localized energy upon collapse—creating extreme conditions that enhance mixing, mass transfer, and chemical reactions.
