With its patented UADA cavitation technology, RAPTECH offers a tailor-made solution for optimizing the dispersion and homogenization processes of fluids with a wide range of viscosities. The specially developed CaviFlow® inline modules enable fluids with very low to very high viscosities to be processed efficiently and ultra-fine.

The targeted control of cavitation raises the dispersion and homogenization of the fluids to a new level of quality. Maximum reliability and quality - Made in Germany
With the CaviFlow® inline modules, we offer an uncomplicated solution for integrating the innovative UADA cavitation technology quickly and efficiently into your existing production processes. Our CaviFlow® modules are available with different flow rates that are scalable for different industrial applications.

Thanks to the simple plug & play system with flange or threaded connections, the CaviFlow® modules can be used immediately. Each module communicates continuously with the Programmed Logic Controller (PLC) to report and retrieve operating commands, ensuring maximum control and safety.

The CaviFlow® inline modules are characterized by a durable technical design. They are made of robust black or stainless steel and have no moving parts, which minimizes maintenance and reduces susceptibility to faults. Quality manufactured in Germany guarantees you maximum reliability and efficiency.
