  • RAPTECH UADA technology uses targeted hydrodynamic cavitation to produce stable emulsions based on sustainable fuels. Components that are difficult to mix, such as heavy fuel oil, biodiesel and optionally water, are homogenized to create a finely dispersed fuel mixture. These emulsions are characterized by high stability, efficiency and long shelf life.

Thanks to the flexibly adjustable mixing ratio, sustainable fuels can be optimally adapted to the respective operating conditions. The process enables consumption-reduced, clean combustion and makes sustainable fuels an economically and ecologically convincing alternative for energy supply.

The production of high-performance sustainable fuels at RAPTECH takes place in a multi-stage process using the specially developed UADA cavitation technology. This advanced technology enables the precise emulsification of a wide variety of components - individually tailored to customer-specific requirements and specific areas of application. The result is highly stable, sustainable fuels that can be used efficiently and sustainably with low emissions.

  • Component blending:
    In the first step, the sustainable fuels are composed of various base materials in precisely defined mixing ratios. The formulas are flexible and are customized according to the application.

  • Emulsification:
    The prepared fuel mixture then undergoes the emulsification process using UADA cavitation technology. In this process, the phases of the sustainable fuels are intensively and permanently bonded together.

  • Homogenization:
    In the specially developed RAPTECH ultrasonic acoustic flow reactor (UADA), the emulsion is finely homogenized. This ensures an even distribution of all components and enables clean, efficient and controlled combustion behavior.

  • Quality assurance:
    Each emulsion based on sustainable fuels is then extensively tested for its physical and chemical stability. All products meet the requirements of ISO 8217:2024 and are certified for long-term use in maritime or industrial applications.

RAPTECH consistently avoids chemical additives such as surfactants, emulsifiers or polymers throughout the entire production process. The emulsions are based on purely physical processes - for a clean, resource-saving and environmentally friendly solution in the field of sustainable fuels.

The CaviFlow® inline modules from RAPTECH have been specially developed for the energy-efficient processing of sustainable fuels. These compact plug & play systems enable the direct integration of state-of-the-art cavitation technology into existing fuel infrastructures - ideally suited for the production and optimization of emulsions based on fossil and biogenic sustainable fuels.
