The aim of our patented RAPTECH UADA cavitation technology is clear: to optimize dispersion and homogenization processes for applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food technology industries.

Compared to high-maintenance ultrasonic homogenizers and centrifuges, RAPTECH offers time-saving solutions with its CaviFlow® inline modules to significantly reduce operating costs while increasing product quality.

And RAPTECH goes one step further: in refineries, hydrodynamic UADA cavitation technology helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 30%. RAPTECH UADA cavitation technology stands for outstanding resource efficiency. Thanks to cost and time savings, our CaviFlow® inline modules have an advantage over lengthy batch processes with large pump volumes or tank decanting with imprecise batches. Especially compared to energy-intensive systems, such as high-maintenance ultrasonic homogenizers. Cavitation takes place exclusively in the module - without an external ultrasound source.

What is UADA cavitation?
The patented RAPTECH UADA technology is based on the control of hydrodynamic cavitation effects to change the aggregate states of fluids.

RAPTECH cavitation technology offers solutions for the production of (marine) fuel emulsions for shipping and industrial power plants. The addition of biofuels to conventional fuels is a viable option for reducing emissions while keeping investment costs at a manageable level.
