  • UADA stands for ultrasonic acoustic flow aggregate and is based on the targeted use of cavitation phenomena for process optimization.

The scalable inline mixers are suitable for flow rates of up to 100 m³/h and can be adapted precisely to specific requirements. As plug & play modules, they guarantee uninterrupted integration into automated systems. The technology ensures homogeneous particle distribution combined with high process stability - a decisive advantage for all applications that require maximum mixing precision.

The CaviFlow® inline mixers from RAPTECH enable significantly faster homogenization and dispersion of fluids in continuous inline operation. The targeted control of flow-induced cavitation significantly shortens the process duration. The CaviFlow® inline mixers have been specially designed for varying flow rates and different production volumes. Thanks to their modular design, the systems can be precisely adapted to a wide variety of liquid processes - from chemical-technical applications and refinery processes to the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food processing industries.

The ready-to-connect plug & play design enables seamless integration into existing process environments. Depending on the process requirements, connection variants with DN 50 or DN 80 flanges and with 2" or 3" threads are available.

For applications with increased energy input or particularly high dispersion requirements, several CaviFlow® inline mixers can be connected in series. This cascaded arrangement significantly increases the process intensity and ensures maximum efficiency for demanding mixing tasks.
