Inline homogenization with Plug&Play cavitation module

The RAPTECH CaviFlow® inline module was developed for the high-performance homogenization of liquids in a continuous process. By using controlled hydrodynamic cavitation, the CaviFlow® Inline module produces uniform and stable homogenized liquids with reproducible droplet size distribution < 5 micrometres. At the same time, energy consumption is significantly reduced as there is no need for conventional agitators or mechanically moving components.

As a plug & play system, the modules can be easily integrated into existing plants and piping systems. They enable reliable and process-safe homogenization of media with widely varying viscosities - even under demanding industrial conditions. The compact design, low maintenance requirements and easy-to-clean design ensure minimal downtimes during homogenization and sustainably reduce both investment and operating costs. UADA homogenization technology for maximum process stability

The specially developed RAPTECH technology is based on an innovative process in which hydrodynamic cavitation in the CaviFlow® inline module is used specifically to optimize homogenization processes. This creates extremely fine turbulence in the liquid, which ensures intensive mixing on a microscopic level. This controlled cavitation ensures that even the smallest particles and droplets are evenly distributed in the medium - without the need for mechanical agitators or high thermal loads.

Clean and efficient combustion

Homogenize HFO

Homogenizing heavy fuel oil (HFO) is a crucial step in ensuring optimum combustion and therefore efficient, low-residue operation. The targeted crushing and even distribution of the fuel droplets ensures that all hydrocarbon molecules evaporate completely and mix efficiently with oxygen. This allows combustion to take place completely within a fraction of a second - without residues or harmful by-products.

A homogenized HFO shows significantly fewer deposits, as smaller and more evenly distributed droplets create the conditions for almost complete combustion.
