With the CaviFlow® homogenizer modules , RAPTECH provides a compact, ready-to-connect inline solution that can be seamlessly integrated into existing process systems. The technology is based on hydrodynamic cavitation and enables efficient, scalable homogenization of a wide range of media. Equipped with a choice of threaded or flanged connections, the systems allow quick plug & play installation without the need for complex conversions. Flow rates of up to 100 m³/h can be realized flexibly and process-specifically.

The CaviFlow® homogenizer modules are designed for variable flow rates and a wide range of production volumes. Their modular design enables precise adaptation to a wide range of fluid processes - from chemical process engineering and refineries to food processing and (waste) water treatment. Simple integration into existing systems is achieved via a practical plug & play solution - optionally with DN 50 or DN 80 flange connection and 2" or 3" threaded connection.
For applications with increased power requirements, several CaviFlow® homogenizer modules can be connected in series. This serial cascading allows significant optimization of the process intensity and increases efficiency in demanding applications.
