The RAPTECH CaviFlow® inline modules have been specially developed for the energy-efficient processing of marine fuels. These compact plug & play systems enable the direct integration of state-of-the-art
cavitation technology into existing fuel systems - ideal for the production and optimization of emulsions based on fossil or biogenic marine fuels.
Thanks to standardized threaded or flanged connections, the CaviFlow® modules can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems without any structural modifications. They are immediately ready for operation, require little maintenance thanks to the sophisticated easy-to-clean design and impress with their high cost-effectiveness and flexible scalability. The following variants are available for processing marine fuels, tailored to the respective volume flow:
- CaviFlow® 6 - for flow rates of up to 6 m³/h
- CaviFlow® 25 - for flow rates up to 25 m³/h
- CaviFlow® 50 - for flow rates up to 50 m³/h
- CaviFlow® 100 - for flow rates up to 100 m³/h
All modules are fully compatible with common PLC systems (PLC) and enable continuous process monitoring including real-time data transmission. This ensures maximum transparency, high operational reliability and efficient control - even under demanding conditions when handling marine fuels.
