The innovative UADA technology enables precise, controlled cavitation for highly effective homogenization processes. Depending on requirements, the modules are available with threaded or flanged connections, which allows simple and time-saving installation without the need for costly conversions. The systems are scalable to suit specific processes and achieve flow rates of up to 100 m³/h.

The ultrasonic homogenizer modules in the CaviFlow® series are designed for a wide range of flow rates and production requirements. They can be flexibly adapted to different liquid types and viscosities and are ideal for processes in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical production, cosmetics manufacturing and food processing. They can be integrated into existing systems via a ready-to-connect plug & play solution - either with a DN 50 or DN 80 flange connection or with 2" or 3" threaded connections.
CaviFlow® ultrasonic homogenizer modules can be connected in cascade if required to enable higher throughputs and reliably process media that are difficult to mix. This modular expandability allows precise adaptation to complex process requirements and supports efficient homogenization at an industrial level.
