Patented UADA ultrasonic cavitation technology

With the patented UADA ultrasonic cavitation, RAPTECH offers an innovative solution for optimizing dispersion and homogenization processes in process engineering. The specially developed CaviFlow® inline modules enable the efficient processing of fluids of different viscosities - from low viscosity to high viscosity - using specifically controlled cavitation. The special feature: The cavitation is generated in the UADA module itself, without an external ultrasonic source.

The precise application of ultrasonic cavitation effectively breaks up fluid structures, resulting in an even distribution of components and a significant improvement in product homogeneity. This technology forms the basis for high-precision, reproducible and economically optimized processes in numerous industrial applications.

Reliable system integration and maximum process quality - Made in Germany
The CaviFlow® inline modules enable fast and seamless integration of the innovative UADA technology for ultrasonic cavitation into existing production processes. The modules are available in different versions with application-specific flow rates and can be flexibly adapted to different industrial requirements.

Thanks to the sophisticated plug & play principle with a choice of flange or threaded connections, the modules are immediately ready for operation. Communication with the PLC (programmable logic controller) is continuous so that operating data can be exchanged reliably and processes can be controlled precisely.

The robust inline design - available in either black or stainless steel - completely dispenses with moving parts. This reduces maintenance costs and the risk of failure to a minimum. Production in Germany stands for maximum precision, durability and operational reliability in demanding fluid applications.
