With the CaviFlow® cavitation units , RAPTECH offers a compact, ready-to-use inline solution for the innovative dispersion and homogenization of liquids of various viscosities . The threaded and flanged connections allow a quick plug & play installation without extensive modifications of the CaviFlow® units in existing systems. The units require hardly any maintenance and can be flexibly adapted to flow rates of up to 100 m³/h - precisely tailored to the respective process requirements.
The CaviFlow® cavitation units are immediately ready for operation and enable the production of ultra-fine dispersions with particle diameters of less than 5 micrometers.

Technical data of our cavitation units
The CaviFlow® cavitation units are designed for a wide range of flow rates and production volumes and can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of liquid processes. They are ideally suited for inline applications in refineries, (maritime) fuel production, chemical process engineering, food processing and the treatment of (industrial) water. Integration into existing process environments is straightforward via a plug & play solution - optionally with DN 50 or DN 80 flange connection or 2" or 3" threaded connection.
In serial cascading, the CaviFlow® cavitation units can be connected several times in series to ensure even better process results.
