With the CaviFlow® cavitation units, RAPTECH offers a compact, ready-to-use inline solution for the simple integration of innovative ultrasonic acoustic flow assemblies (UADA) into existing process landscapes. The choice of threaded or flanged connections allows for quick installation without extensive modifications. The units enable cost-effective implementation and can be flexibly adapted to flow rates of up to 100 m³/h - precisely tailored to the respective process requirements.
All CaviFlow® inline cavitation units are designed for continuous communication with higher-level control systems (PLC). The direct connection enables the real-time acquisition of relevant operating data and ensures precise control and maximum process reliability.
- UADA stands for ultrasonic acoustic flow aggregate and is based on the targeted use of cavitation phenomena for process optimization.

The CaviFlow® cavitation units are designed for a wide range of flow rates and production volumes and can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of liquid processes. They are ideal for inline applications in chemical process engineering, pharmaceutical production, the cosmetics industry and food processing. Integration into existing process environments is straightforward via a plug & play solution - optionally with DN 50 or DN 80 flange connection or 2" or 3" threaded connection.
