With the CaviFlow® ultrasonic mixers, RAPTECH provides a compact and ready-to-connect inline technology (UADA) that can be seamlessly integrated into existing process environments. The ultrasonic mixers are based on the principle of acoustically induced microflows and enable energy-efficient processing of fluids - ideal for continuous mixing processes in the dispersion of micro- and nanoparticles.

  • UADA stands for ultrasonic acoustic flow aggregate and is based on the targeted use of cavitation phenomena for process optimization.

The ultrasonic mixer can be flexibly scaled to flow rates of up to 100 m³/h and precisely adapted to specific process requirements. As ready-to-use plug & play components, the CaviFlow® ultrasonic mixers can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems. They enable high-precision, continuous mixing processes and produce stable dispersions with particle diameters of less than 5 micrometers - ideal for applications that require uniform distribution in the micro range.

The RAPTECH CaviFlow® ultrasonic mixers enable significantly accelerated homogenization and dispersion of fluids in a continuous inline process. The precise control of acoustically induced cavitation significantly shortens process times. At the same time, maintenance costs and energy consumption are reduced, while resource efficiency is improved. With CaviFlow® ultrasonic mixers, stable emulsions and finely dispersed media with particle sizes of less than 5 micrometers can be produced - reproducibly and reliably.

The CaviFlow® ultrasonic mixers were developed for flexible flow rates and varying production volumes. Their modular design allows precise adaptation to different liquid processes - from the chemical industry and refinery technology to pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food applications.

Thanks to the plug & play design, the systems can be easily integrated into existing process plants. Depending on requirements, connection variants with DN 50 or DN 80 flanges and 2" or 3" threads are available.

For processes with increased energy input or higher dispersion performance requirements, several CaviFlow® ultrasonic mixers can be connected in series. This cascaded configuration significantly increases the process intensity and ensures maximum efficiency for particularly demanding applications.
