Inline cavitation modules as a plug & play solution

With its CaviFlow® cavitation modules, RAPTECH offers a compact and ready-to-use inline solution for the simple integration of innovative ultrasonic acoustic flow assemblies (UADA) into existing process environments. Thanks to the choice of threaded or flanged connections, our modules can be installed quickly and without complex conversion work. The CaviFlow® cavitation modules enable cost-efficient implementation and their flow rates are flexibly scalable up to 100 m³/h depending on requirements.

  • UADA stands for ultrasonic acoustic flow aggregate and is based on the precise control of cavitation effects.

All our CaviFlow® cavitation modules communicate continuously with the higher-level programmable logic controller (PLC) system. As a result, operating data is recorded and transmitted in real time, ensuring precise control and maximum process reliability.

The cavitation modules in the CaviFlow® series are designed for a wide range of flow rates and production capacities and can be flexibly adapted to different liquid applications. They are suitable for processes in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cosmetics production and food technology. Integration into existing systems is straightforward via a plug & play solution, optionally with DN 50 or DN 80 flange connection or 2" or 3" thread.
