With its CaviFlow® cavitation modules , RAPTECH offers a compact and ready-to-use inline solution for the innovative dispersion and homogenization of liquids of various viscosities. Thanks to the threaded or flanged connections, the plug & play modules can be quickly installed in existing process environments without the need for complex conversion work. The CaviFlow® cavitation modules are low-maintenance and their flow rates can be flexibly scaled up to 100 m³/h depending on requirements.

Technical data of our cavitation modules
The cavitation modules in the CaviFlow® series are designed for a wide range of flow rates and production capacities and can be flexibly adapted to different fluid applications. They are suitable for processes in refineries, (bunker) fuel production, the chemical industry as well as in food technology and (waste) water treatment. Integration into existing systems is straightforward via a plug & play solution, optionally with DN 50 or DN 80 flange connection or 2" or 3" thread.
CaviFlow® modules can be easily connected in series cascades to handle higher throughputs and efficiently homogenize even difficult-to-mix media.
