With its patented, cavitation-based blending technology, RAPTECH offers a high-performance inline system that can be precisely adapted to complex blending processes. The specially developed technology is designed to efficiently process fluids with very different flow properties. The CaviFlow® inline module ensures extremely fine particle distribution and thus produces a homogeneous and stable structure of the end product over the long term - even with highly viscous media. The CaviFlow® inline modules from RAPTECH are based on cavitation-assisted blending technology and are designed for the high-precision preparation of a wide variety of liquid systems. The energy released by cavitation is used in a continuous flow to produce finely structured dispersions and permanently stable emulsions. Neither conventional agitators nor mechanical blending units are used. Thanks to their high operational reliability combined with a virtually maintenance-free design, the CaviFlow® inline modules represent a sustainable and future-oriented solution for industrial mixing processes.
