Inline Blending and Homogenization with Cavitation

The RAPTECH CaviFlow® Inline-Module takes your dispersion and homogenisation processes to a whole new level - right on the production line.

Through controlled hydrodynamic cavitation, CaviFlow® is more than just a static mixer - the plug-and-play module is a process intensification reactor for homogenisation, emulsification and dispersion, as well as for reaction intensification, cell disruption and extraction.

Benefit from improved material flow and consistent feedstock quality. CaviFlow® requires significantly less maintenance and consumes less energy than complex agitation systems.

The result: reliable conditioning of demanding fluid systems <5 micrometres with flexible viscosity and multiphase media.

The patented RAPTECH Cavitation Technology is scalable and can be used in refining, petrochemicals and heavy oil processing, in the fuel industry, (waste) water treatment and in chemical recycling.
